ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way using GLS! 

When your order is ready for pick up from your nearest ParcelShop, you will receive an email and SMS notification.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using GLS (delivery standard is 2 - 7 days). Flat rate shipping fee of 30 DKK applies to orders under 100 DKK and shipping to Denmark. For orders to the EU under 25 EUR, a flat rate shipping fee of 7 EUR will apply. 

All other destinations will have shipping calculated at checkout and may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luyana Skincare I/S is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@luyanaskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
